The Hunger Games -- Book 6 2011

The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1)The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is really not the kind of book I usually read, but I loved it. I can't wait to get to the library tomorrow and hope the next in the trilogy is available. If all science fiction was this good, I'd be a convert. In a place that was once known as North America is a Capitol and 12 Districts. Each year a girl and a boy are picked to compete to the death in the hunger games. The victor is set for life, but how do you live with what you have to do to win. I need to know the rest of Katness and Peeta's story.

Total Recall -- Book 5 2011

Total Recall Total Recall by Sara Paretsky

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book was just okay. The mystery wasn't very mysterious. I don't like to figure out the ending or who done it before the end of the book. Maybe since this is the first book after the Millennium Trilogy I was expecting alot. I'll probably read more of this series, but I won't go looking for them.

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest -- Book 4 2011

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (Millennium, #3)The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest by Stieg Larsson

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Loved this final book in the trilogy and so sorry it's over. I so want to know what happens with Sally and Micke and the rest of the crew. Many things were wrapped up, but there are still so many questions that are unanswered. I'm really going to miss my Swedish friends! There were some parts of the book that were slow, some parts were unbelievable, but the majority of the book was just delicious!
